After completing phase 1 of this project we were awarded to proceed with phase 2 of the build. This include the renovation of a ancillary dwelling, with an attached Barn that was converted into a party area. Another of the old agricultural buildings was converted into a leisure facility, including a snooker room. This building had a sauna install, and also shower and changing facilities for use of the new install Swimming Pool and Tennis Court. The section of the build took about 8 months and was complete in the summer of 2011.
